Summary

The article applies to the experience of the founders and foundresses what Hans Urs von Balthasar wrote regarding the mission as an element that gives form to the holiness demanded of each one. In this case, the gift received from God expresses itself in the birth of new religious families, which are heirs of the charism of the founders and foundresses. The spiritual journey and the lived experience of holiness in a congregation do not appear, however, as a mere reiteration of the original gift, but they always constitute a further development of the same.

L’articolo applica all’esperienza dei fondatori e delle fondatrici quanto scrisse Hans Urs von Balthasar a proposito della missione come elemento che da forma alla santità chiesta ad ognuno. In questo caso il dono ricevuto da Dio si esprime nella nascita di nuove famiglie religiose, eredi del loro carisma. Il cammino spirituale e il vissuto di santità in una congregazione non appaiono, tuttavia, come una mera reiterazione del dono originario, ma ne costituiscono sempre uno sviluppo.

El artículo aplica a la experiencia de los fundadores y las fundadoras lo que Hans Urs von Balthasar afirmó acerca de la misión como un elemento que conforma la santidad requerida de cadauno. En este caso el don recibido de Dios se expresa en el nacimiento de nuevas familias religiosas, herederas de su carisma. Sin embargo el camino espiritual y la experiencia de santidad en una congregación no son una mera reiteración del don original, sino contribuyen a su desarrollo.
