Care for oneself and care for others. Anthropological and educational considerations

Summary

The aim of this article is not to exhaust the theme on care in education, which is in itself a complex topic to be studied from an interdisciplinary approach. The contribution offers some anthropological and educational coordinates that could guide whoever wishes to learn the important art of taking care of oneself and of the other in the educative process, making it a personal and professional style of life.

L’intento del presente articolo non è quello di esaurire il tema di cura nell’educazione, perché l’argomento è in sé complesso e andrebbe trattato in modo interdisciplinare. Il contributo vuole offrire alcune coordinate antropologiche ed educative che potrebbero orientare meglio la scelta di voler apprendere l’importante arte di cura di sé e dell’altro, fino a fare di tale duplice cura uno stile di vita personale e professionale.

El presente artículo no tiene la intención de agotar todo el tema sobre el cuidado de la educación que en sí es complejo y necesita ser abordado interdisciplinariamente. El aporte pretende ofrecer algunas coordenadas antropológicas y educativas que podrían orientar mejor la opción de querer aprender el importante arte de cuidar de sí mismo y del otro, para que ese doble cuidado se convierta en un estilo de vida personal y profesional.
