L'Autore offre una riflessione sull'emergenza educativa riproponendo considerazioni di Benedetto XVI. Organizza i testi del Pontefice sulla urgenza e necessità dell'educazione; sulle risorse, difficoltà e paure del mondo giovanile; sulle inadempienze, incertezze, responsabilità e compiti del mondo adulto. Di qui l'appello rivolto a quanti svolgono la missione educativa, specie agli educatori cristiani come singoli e come istituzioni, perché si adoperino nel promuovere la genuina crescita delle nuove generazioni.

Summary

The author offers a reflection on the present educational emergency by re-proposing some considerations made by Benedict XVI. The texts of the Pontiff on the urgency and need for education, on the resources, difficulties and fears of the world of youth, and on the inadequacy, uncertainty, responsibility and duties of the world of adults are organized. This leads to an appeal to all those involved in the educational mission, especially Christian educators as individuate and as institutions, to work for the promotion of the genuine development of the new generations.
